Geometry Dash Bloodbath: The God Slayer

Bloodbath's Overview

Geometry Dash Bloodbath is an obstacle course game inspired by the popular Geometry Dash series. Players embark on a challenging adventure, with the main entity constantly changing form. You must face deadly dangers such as tunnels filled with spikes and saw blades at incredible speeds.

Starting with the scene where the ship flies from the dark hell. Players will be immediately overwhelmed with the complex designs in Geometry Dash Bloodbath's matrix. Worthy of the 10-star Extreme Demon rating, get ready to encounter a constant barrage of obstacles. Besides, the double-speed segments also make the round more tricky and almost impossible to pass. Not stopping there, players will need to move through a series of transition, mirror, and gravity portals. Moreover, you can have a last minute failure, right before reaching the destination, due to confusion from invisible blocks.

Intense concentration is absolutely necessary to face these impossible challenges. One small mistake can also cause your round to end in regret. Prepare yourself mentally to start fighting with the buttons and the speed of hand operations. This user-level version is definitely for the most talented Dashers!

Gifted Creators

Up to 11 creators participated in the process of completing Geometry Dash Bloodbath, including Riot, weoweoteo, Vermillion, Michigun, Evasium, Crack, ASonicMen, Etzer, Havok, Giron and Ggb0y.

Among them, the most prominent are Riot's contributions to organizing, verifying, and publishing. He is an experienced and famous player in the Geometry Dash community. Riot has completed some of the hardest levels in the game, such as ICE Carbon Diablo X, Cataclysm, Crimson Clutter, etc. Besides, not only did Riot receive an award in the Geometry Dash Awards, but he was also awarded Best Player in the 2.0 Awards. These are the truly admirable achievements of this talented creator. So, how did Riot create Bloodbath?

The History of this Masterpiece

Riot created an extremely awkward level called “Silent Akbar”, but the complexity of this project brought unimaginable difficulty, so the creator left this idea open. Instead, on June 2, 2015, Riot posted the first preview called "Bloodbath" with a super tricky train segment. He then went on to post a second preview for this version, with contributions from Havok, Giron, and Ggb0y. Updates continued until, on July 6, 2015, Riot uploaded an official teaser video introducing Geometry Dash Bloodbath, featuring all the creators of this version.

After implementing a complete project, Riot began the verification process for this version. There was an incident when the process reached the 94% threshold, and this was also Riot's worst failure. Luckily, Geometry Dash Bloodbath has finally been verified after over 25,000 tries and practices. Immediately, this top-notch user-level version ranked #1 in Demonlist.

Explore the Marvelous Adventure

Along with the collaboration of 11 players, Geometry Dash Bloodbath also has a corresponding number of segments for each creator. Let’s walk through this complicated map!

weoweoteo’s part (0-10%)

Geometry Dash Bloodbath's gameplay begins with the ship segment (following the end of Cataclysm). Players need to overcome deadly sharp triangles in a row before the object doubles its speed. With gravity reversed, the object enters the matrix with a series of spikes, and you need to maintain a steady flight in the middle of the screen to pass before moving on to the ball segment. The player controls an object that moves up and down continuously between platforms until it goes up and moves to the next.

Vermillion’s creation (11-24%)

After the entity makes the leap, the player enters the next ship segment. At this point, you will have to avoid colliding with spiked blocks scattered across the platforms and experience gravity being reversed twice. The pace of the round slows down during the ball that follows. This terrain requires the absolute jump alignment of the player. Platforms with only one spike are enough to make your trip more difficult and more likely to collide. Notice the redirect after passing through a mirror portal with the same map design. After moving through a series of portals, the player moves on to the next segment.

Michigun’s part (25-33%)

The character returns to the cube state to continue the round. Players navigate the object, avoiding spikes, with a few simple jumps in a short tunnel. What follows in your adventure with the short ship, the ball, the UFO, and the wave are similar challenges. This can be considered the "easiest" part of the entire game round of Geometry Dash Bloodbath. This segment ends when the player sees creator Michigun's name at the bottom of the screen. Time a short stretch of relaxation precisely and start facing the next extreme challenge.

Evasius’s part (34-42%)

The player goes through a short dual-cube segment before entering the ship segment. A series of floating blocks with spikes will appear to challenge your control ability. Be careful with the speed changes later in the fast wave section with continuous sharp turns. You will get lost in a dark forest with a series of gears and thorn fences on both sides of the terrain. And yet, the object's gravity once again reversed continuously until it moved to the position of six consecutive jumping balls.

Crack’s contribution (43-54%)

Crack's part begins with the ship segment at double speed. Players will have to deal with continuous narrow roads. A small mistake in control can cause you to collide, and the round will end. Stay focused and try to move the entity to remain in the center of the screen to safely pass. This dizzying segment ends with a cube section with a steady pace again.

ASonicMen’s creation (55-70%)

Get ready to return to the speed and keystrokes of ASonicMen's opening sequence with the UFO shape of the object. The once-safe gap narrows with the matrix of dangerous gears. The adventure then seems less thrilling than in the ball section. However, if you do not align the jumps onto the platform correctly, problems will occur. This segment closes with the entity's mass jumping across spheres and jumping pads in a long, narrow passage.

Etzer’s part (71-80%)

Geometry Dash Bloodbath continues with its UFO and ship forms, rapid speeds and constant gravity changes. Watch out for death bends in the narrow tunnel. In addition, a series of sharp spikes are also waiting for you at the end of the road. Use your ingenuity to cross this deadly road safely!

Havok’s part (81-87%)

Platforms full of pointed blocks continue to appear, hindering your completion of the round. First, the player needs to direct the ball to touch the jumping balls. Then, in UFO and the wave state, you will need to operate the keys continuously to overcome the dangerous undulating terrain.

Giron’s contribution (88-93%)

Next, welcome to short-term continuous transformations of both the main entity and the map. This part requires the most professional players. Excellent memory replaces quick reactions. It will be difficult to pass in a few tries, but keep trying! The short double block segment may seem difficult, but don't worry; end it with a unified portal under the name of creator Giron and safely move on to the next segment.

Ggb0y’s part (94-97%)

Players enter the ball segment at a slower-moving speed. The red blocks have chains inside, and the words 'your blood' can fade into view. It results in a narrow, short, upside-down flight path that has the potential to cause an extremely unfortunate death. The final attempt at challenging map design ends with the final ball segment.

Riot’s creation (98-100%)

The decision to win or lose on the final stretch of road depends on your absolute ability to align. Three invisible spikes appear right at the end of the "T" of the creator's name, Riot. Make a decisive final jump towards the lone floating heart in the background and reach the finish line safely. Challenging adventures and heart-pounding experiences are officially conquered!

To Master this Tricky Map

With a 10-star Demon-level difficulty rating, Geometry Dash Bloodbath is no joke, and many players have verified this. However, nothing is impossible with your efforts. It could be tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of attempts; it doesn't matter as long as it's completed. Here are some tips that will help you conquer this difficult challenge in (possibly) fewer attempts.

  • First, try the Practice mode. You can get familiar with the movement of the main object and terrain on the map. Checkpoints will help you not have to start over when a collision occurs. Note that you should maximize your memory capacity for this tip to be effective.
  • Count or identify moves to the beat. Why not? What do you think about counting one, two, one, two, or control plans like early, slow, slow, early, or something like that. Any symbol that can help you overcome obstacles. Don't forget to take notes to practice in the main round!
  • For the flying section of Geometry Dash Bloodbath, it is recommended that you go from the bottom and straight up. That means don't let the entity slide on certain fixed terrain. This will make reactions to the next terrain more favorable.
  • During the UFO segment and the 55-65% position ball with the map of a series of moving gears, pay attention to the clouds in the background. Navigate the character according to the tilt of the cloud; it will be very interesting to overcome this matrix.
  • Don't forget the use of jumping orbs. They will be stepping spots for the object to jump on, not automatic jump buttons. You must click immediately when the entity touches them, or the round will end immediately if there is a fall.
  • Do not try to adjust the object's direction immediately after moving through transition portals. It can be counterproductive if there are sharp corners on the platforms or if any of these obstacles appear from the sides. These tips are especially important for overcoming the 44%, 88%, and 93% positions.

More interesting information

  • With an awkward journey, Geometry Dash Bloodbath has brought home some impressive achievements, such as #3 on the Demonlist and #23 on the Low Refresh Rate Mobile Demonlist.
  • This level has 24,746 objects with a total map completion time of 1 minute 52 seconds.
  • There has been some controversy about the difficulty of Bloodbath compared to Sakupen Hell. Most people voted Sakupen Hell to be harder due to its "sheer nature", while some still believe Bloodbath is trickier. In the end, Bloodbath is still ranked behind Sakupen Hell in Demonlist.
